Privacy policy

MangaSin (mangasin.com) is a personal, non-commercial project run by one person. As little data as possible is collected, and none of it is sold. Questions? Email contact@mangasin.com.

What we collect

• If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, never for marketing, and delete it within 12 months of our last contact.
• When you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically logs basic technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view. These are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted automatically.

There are no accounts, no forms and no analytics.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards emails sent to our address, and Microsoft stores the emails we receive. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

We don't use cookies or tracking. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser and never leaves your device.

Links to shops

Some pages link to shops such as Amazon or Bookshop.org. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply once you leave MangaSin. Some of these links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@mangasin.com. Replies come within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
